Draft Communications Strategy for comment

Dear WG4,

I have put together a draft of a communications strategy for the SPLASHCOS project. This is really a first go at this document. It follows our brief discussions during our WG4 meeting and also responds to comments from other Action members during the plenary session (which also included numerous offers of assistance for delivering the project communications).

Could you all please have a read of the draft strategy and provide feedback on whether you think the structure and content of the document is appropriate/ useful and also any other suggestions you have in terms of developing areas of communication.

Once you have all responded the strategy can be sent out to the wider Action membership for comment before it is finalised. Due to the need to move this forward can you all please provide comments by the end of next week (Friday 11th June).
